Zero Liquid Discharge System

The ZLD technology of ZLD Plant converts a high volume of liquid waste to distilled water for reuse. Pre - Post Water Treatment

Pre Treatment

Water pre-treatment removes physical, chemical and biological contaminants that can affect the quality of drinking water, which includes suspended impurities, solids, colloids and living organisms from raw water. There are a variety of different water pre-treatment methods available, depending on the specific contaminants that are present. Some common pretreatment methods includes- Screening, Filtration, Coagulation and flocculation, Aeration, Chemical treatment. Water pretreatment processes ensure that your water quality is not influenced by seasonal changes, extreme weather or industrial pollution. Conventional water pretreatment refers to the processes applied to the pretreatment in order to Filtration, ultrafiltration, microfiltration and nanofiltration processes along with reverse osmosis are used to filter out various sizes of particles along with ions, allowing purified water to flow through.



Water pre-treatment is the process of removing contaminants from water before it is treated by a more complex system, such as a reverse osmosis (RO) system. Water pre-treatment can help to improve the efficiency and lifespan of the RO system by removing contaminants that can foul or damage the membranes.
